This page describes how the website works today. FleetX's complete privacy policy, including retention periods and contact details for privacy requests, will be published here once finalised.
What we collect
When you send a product enquiry, fleet request or message, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, and optionally phone, company, vehicle make, model, year, VIN, a part photo, the part and quantity, and your message. Enquiries are delivered to FleetX by email.
We do not collect payment details. Parts are not sold online; FleetX replies to each enquiry directly.
How we use it
Your details are used only to respond to your request: to identify the part, confirm fitment, prepare a quote and contact you about it. You confirm this with the consent checkbox on every form.
Your wishlist
Parts you save are stored in your own browser (local storage) on this device and are never sent to FleetX. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Security
Forms are sent over an encrypted connection. Uploaded photos are checked for type and size. To protect the forms from abuse, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions.
Maps
Some pages show an embedded Google Map of our location. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads; its use is covered by Google's privacy policy.
